Once you have collected your samples, place the sealed specimen envelopes directly into the prepaid Canada Post return envelope that was included with your kit. Seal the envelope securely and mail it by placing it in any Canada Post drop box or by taking it to your local post office.
If you wish to monitor your shipment, remember to record the tracking number from the prepaid shipping label before mailing your sample kit. You can enter this number on the Canada Post website to view the status of your shipment. Once your samples arrive, you can track your test's progress through our secure online portal.
