Yes, the kit can be split and the sample collection components sent to each address separately. The collection components are individually barcoded, and will be tested together once the samples arrive at the laboratory.
To order a split kit, simply state "please split this kit" in the comments box of the online order form. Please also indicate which name and address to send each component. An extra shipping fee of $10 will be automatically deducted from your credit card for each additional shipping address within Canada. Split kits will be shipped out using Canada Post.
Alternatively, you can choose to have the entire kit shipped to you and you can split the kit yourself and send the components to the other parties in the test.
If you have already purchased a test kit and you want to have the laboratory send a new test kit to a different address, please contact our Customer Support Team to purchase a "replacement kit".
For legal testing, if the parties involved live in different cities, separate appointments can be arranged for each individual in their respective locations.
